BI Developer

Job Overview
We are currently hiring a Business Intelligence Developer in Scottsdale, AZ.  This position will require a detail oriented individual with a Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse development background. The desired candidate will possess excellent communication and technical skills, as this position will require competence from cradle to grave within the Business Intelligence development process. This position will report directly to the Director of Database Services and Business Intelligence.

Responsibilities

	Work with end users to conceptualize/design/document the components of an Enterprise Data Warehouse.
	Develop ETL processes, Analytical cubes, Dashboards, etc, utilizing the Microsoft suite of Business Intelligence products.

Experience Required:

	2 years experience with T-SQL
	2 years experience with SQL Databases – SQL 2005 or SQL 2008
	2 year experience with Reporting Services
	2 years experience with Visual Studio
	2 years experience in effectively designing/publishing/testing reports/dashboards via SharePoint
	2 years experience in data validation techniques
	2 years experience with Analytical Cube design
	2 years experience developing/tuning business intelligence and reporting solutions
	2 years experience with documenting business requirements
	2 years Business Intelligence Analysis and implementation skills
	2 years experience in a Microsoft-based Business Intelligence environment

Experience Desired:

	Exposure to software development methodologies
	High energy level and a willingness to go the extra mile
	Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines

Work Environment

Job may require local travel, to the offices within the Phoenix metropolitan area.
