PHOTO ENFORCEMENT EQUIPMENT TESTING
S. Oracle Road/W. River Road
American Traffic Solutions, who owns and maintains photo enforcement equipment, will begin testing a mobile red light control unit
on June 15, 2009.
The mobile red light control unit will be placed along the southbound lanes of Oracle Road, south of W. River Road and may appear
to be recording traffic violations, however, no enforcement action will be taken from the data captured by this unit. The mobile red light
control unit is not linked with the fixed photo enforcement equipment that is operational at this intersection.
